ToonyStory hardcover books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner Lulu.

Shipping Times

Canada	7–14 business days
Europe	10–18 business days
Australia / NZ	12–20 business days
Rest of World	14–25 business days

Times include printing (2–4 business days) plus shipping transit.

Tracking Your Order

After your book ships, you'll receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Link to track your package

You can also check order status from your ToonyStory dashboard under "Orders".

Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us at support as soon as possible — we can update it if the book hasn't shipped yet.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
