Shipping Overview

ToonyStory hardcover books are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner Lulu.

Shipping Times

Times include printing (2–4 business days) plus shipping transit. Checkout shows the dates our print partner quotes for your exact address, and those are the ones to go by.

Tracking Your Order

After your book ships, you'll receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Link to track your package

You can also check order status from your ToonyStory dashboard under "Orders".

Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us at support as soon as possible — we can update it if the book hasn't shipped yet.

A few destinations only have a faster, pricier courier service, so checkout may offer fewer shipping speeds there. Some countries also need a state or province, and countries without postcodes can leave that box empty.

If your country isn't on the list, checkout can't send a printed book there yet. You can still download your book as a PDF, or contact support and tell us where you'd like it sent.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply when a book crosses a border. These are paid by the recipient.
