Return policy and how to request a refund for printed books

Refund Policy

Since every book is custom-printed, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase.

When We'll Help

We'll provide a replacement or refund if your book:

  • Arrives damaged — bent, torn, or water damaged in transit
  • Has a printing defect — smudged pages, missing pages, color issues
  • Was never delivered — lost in transit after a reasonable wait

How to Request Help

  1. Go to Support
  2. Select "Orders & Shipping" as the category
  3. Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
  4. We'll respond within 1–2 business days

What to Include

For the fastest resolution, please include:

  • Your order number (in your confirmation email)
  • Photos of any damage or defects
  • A description of the issue

Credits & Digital Products

Credits are non-refundable but never expire. Digital books (non-printed) are available as long as you have a ToonyStory account.
